Kindle died (but got resurrected)

So today was the first day when my Kindle decided to give me a faster heartbeat. I got few books from Amazon and in order to get them I had to turn to the WiFi. Unfortunately that also the moment when my little mutt (Kundelek) decided to play dead. Or rather play freeze, go blank and dead.

15 minutes of googling and the answer appeared - "Amazon Kindle white screen of death". Apparently holding power button for 15 seconds is not enough and you should hold it for 30 s. Luckily this solution worked and a moment later pretty tree with a progress bar below it appeared. What additionally makes me happy no books were lost in the process (also those which were not bought on Amazon) and also the last page I was reading was where books opened.

To tell the truth I have no idea why Kindle decided to froze on turning the browser on. No page was loaded there, also book I was reading wasn't some interactive thingy.

But speaking of interactive books. If anyone is interested Puzzlebook: 103 Puzzle Quizzes is now available for free! Not that $2.99 is some terrible amount of money, but in the times of crisis one must save money. I recommend this book for anyone who likes to exercise their brain ;) Books is interactive in such way that by clicking an answer from ABCD directs you to the page with solution. Simple, but fun. The whole thing is perfect for those 15 minutes in public transport when reading is a little bit difficult*

*my greetings to 4 extremely noisy teenagers who all decided to share their personal problems not only with their callers but also with other people in train -_-
