My "30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels" (so far 2 days)

Whole female part of Poland is absolutely looney about Ewa Chodakowska and her training routines. I tried her exercises, but I didn't dig it exactly (and to tell you the truth I haven't noticed much of "results"), so I started looking for another set.

And here Ms. Jullian appears.




But let's go to the "how it feels?" part.

Mother f**kin' bloody tiring XD Especially if you have no muscles in your arms. Doing push ups or anything with the weight is a punishment of the greatest sort. However there's hope! 'Cause you see I kind of cheated and did 2 test drives before starting the whole cycle (this time for sure and with no breaks in between) and I know what I could do in the very beginning which is 3-4 knee-like-check-the-girl-on-the-right push-ups and lifting the weights just few times before I broke into tears and started cursing*. Now I still feel the muscle aching, but I can handle those 2-3 push-ups more and lift those weight for the whole (first, in the second round I have to do that 5 second break or I'll smash my face with weights falling down :P) part.

I got my measures, so we'll see if in 30 days I'm shredded or not ;) Keep your fingers crossed that I look fab during the last wedding this year!
